Really decent guys who are determined to repair things first time. Couldn’t be more helpful. Got an oven repair done from the Glasgow tech on a bank holiday weekend when our own engineers were unavailable. Top people, highly recommended.

Absolutely waste of time dealing with them. Greedy. Charge me almost £200 for sending the so called engineer who didn’t even bother to speak to me prior to visit to understand the problem so he could bring some parts with him. Asked me the problem on the site and said there could only be three parts which could be creating the issue and he will send me the quotation to change all of them. Got the quotation of almost £1100 for parts and fittings. I checked with the main supplier and managed to get all of them under £300 and fitted myself as the were only plugged in/out. But the problem still existed after changing all parts and spending £500 for parts and a useless so called engineer to visit. Called another company and their engineer manage to fix the issue within half hour without using any parts. Hopefully rest of their engineers are a bit better than the one I had.

i would not recommend anyone to this company owing to charges that were collected for installation of a Convectotherm Oven total lack of information received caused considerable expense and delays in having to rewire, along with having to change plumbing. This company failed to install machine despite collecting £800 and decided it would not compensate on the installation. Blamed everyone but themselves for a total balls up from start to finish avoid and don’t pay upfront

If I could give a zero then I would, be warned if you are a business , do not contact these people as the engineers are not qualified to handle kitchen equipment. They need to pay out and train their staff and not take advantage of honest business owners.
