Lovely walk around the place didn't get to go in the house this time but it was lovely and peacefull. We went for the Xmas event we just did the crafts and the walk which was nice but could had more hands on things but the prices of admission are low so that is ok. Cafe was nice sandwich prices are a wee bit high for a basic sandwich. Would Deffo go again in summer

Went for the lights at Christmas experience. Was really good but no staff on hand to ask questions when outside. The house was fantastic.

Enjoyed our Xmas visit here. With the animals, playgrounds, house, gardens and fairy dell there was plenty to do to fill an afternoon.
Entry price was very fair.

Still a good bit of fun for the kids. We're not members so I guess can get pricey if you visit often. Luckily came with members

I have to say that I was so disappointed with my visit.
I don't think I saw one thing that was better since the last time I visited here.
I am reviewing solely on the bird garden here so other parts of a visit may be great.
There was a distinct lack of birds around the bird garden. Everything was closed, which is probably fair enough if evian restrictions are still in force.
I saw one sign stating that the place looked a mess because birds were nesting...... What on August Bank Holiday!
I checked the website before visiting and saw £9.00 entrance, so I was miffed straightaway when it was £9.50.
You will see from my photo that the £9.50's are put to great use. Oh and by the way that pond was teeming with ducks last time I went. I did see that the Pintails had evicted the Andean Condors.
I will give one star for the silver faced hornbills and one for the moustached terns. Everything else looked like the place was closing.
Better luck next time eh!

We grabbed a quick trip between showers on a Sunday afternoon. A lot of the wildlife park area is being upgraded but there was still plenty to see and do. The grounds are well cared for, and with an eye to conservation. Sally on the gate was really helpful.

Beautiful and wide open space for my daughter to explore. Well organised and a lot of fun. The kids changing room could improve a little and the food at the cafe wasn’t very tasty.

We took the family, we enjoyed walking through the wildlife park, plenty to see.
Lots of areas to rest and play for everyone.

Beautiful grounds with loads of space for kids to explore and very reasonably priced.
Just felt some of the playground equipment was a little 'between age groups'. Even with constant supervision I was worried 😟 one of the young ones I was with was going to fall through rope walkways.
Overall, magical place for kids.

Well Kept grounds with plenty to do, interesting to look round the hall itself as well as spend a bit of time walking around the gardens, or at the birds and animals in the wildlife part.
